RFP # 05/13 : Section 8 Housing Program Quality Control Services

The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara (HACSC) is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified companies to develop a comprehensive quality control plan consistent with the Move to Work (MTW) requirements and industry standards and to provide training to staff on the quality control plan.

RFP # 04/13 : FHA Lender for Financing Rehabilitation of Villa San Pedro

The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara (HACSC) is soliciting proposals from qualified lenders to assist in financing the acquisition and rehabilitation of the Villa San Pedro property located at 282 Danze Drive in San Jose, Santa Clara County, California.

Proposals must be received by electronic mail or delivery no later than February 22, 2013 at 3:00 pm PST. Proposals received after this date and time will be returned unopened.

The Board's evaluation committee will be meeting to discuss initial evaluations of the 7 proposals received on March 12. The earliest that the Board will make an award is at its March 26 Board meeting. We will update proposers on interviews as soon as we hear from the evaluation committee.
