Tenant-based Vouchers are accepted. Income Requirements: Households must be within the 50% or 60% categories of the Tax Credit Income Limits. Structure: This project includes nine 3-story buildings and a one-story community building. There are four unit floor plans, which include flats and townhouse style units. The construction is wood-framed stucco clad buildings with parking at grade. Roofing is pitched throughout and covered with composition shingles.
