Structure:  Project is a single wood framed double loaded corridor, three-story, elevator-serviced building.  Construction is type 5 wood frame garden apartments with all parking at grade.  Wood shingle cladding and tar and gravel flat roof.  Space heating is provided through a hydronic system.  Utilities are master-metered.
