Unit Mix:   40 two-bedroom units, 28 three-bedroom units, 4 four-bedroom units.

Rent:  2 Bedroom - $1,000;  3 Bedroom - $1,125;  4 Bedroom - $1,275

Rental Assistance:  36 units are Tax Credit; rents are set below market rate (no subsidy).  Tenant-based Vouchers are accepted.  The remaining 36 units are under the Project Based Section 8 Program issued by HUD; rents are based on 30% of resident's gross adjusted household income.  Vouchers are NOT accepted.

Income Requirements:  Households must be within the 50% category of the Tax Credit Income Limits.  Thirty-six units at Huff Gardens require households to be within the 50% category of the Section 8/Public Housing Income Limits.  Tenant-based Vouchers are accepted in some units.

Structure:  The complex includes two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments in five buildings which are 2-story and 3-story in height.  They are wood framed buildings with tuck under parking.  Hydronic space heating is provided for each unit and all are individually metered.  Each building is clad with hardboard siding and all roofing is pitched and covered with composition shingles.
