Structure:  This project includes nine 3-story buildings and a one-story community building.  There are four unit floor plans, which include flats and townhouse style units.  The construction is wood-framed stucco clad buildings with parking at grade.  Roofing is pitched throughout and covered with composition shingles.  Hydronic space heating (Apolo System) provided for each unit and all buildings are individually metered.
