Voucher Payment Standards Effective October 2, 2007 Voucher Payment Standards are used as a guide to set the rent portion for tenants in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program and certain other programs. These amounts are not guaranteed. The Housing Authority inspector who visits your home will determine the contract rent based on unit condition, location and current open market rents.
These Voucher Payment Standards apply to the following cities: Campbell, Cupertino, Gilroy, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Monte Sereno, Morgan Hill, Mountain View, Palo Alto, San Jose, San Martin, Santa Clara, Saratoga, and Sunnyvale. |
